Terms of sale
Draft for legal review before launch.
These terms apply to digital products bought on artamisgroup.com: the full reports of our online self-assessments and any other digital product offered on the site. Advisory, training and other services are governed by a separate agreement.
Seller and payment
Products are sold by Artamis Group GmbH, Strehlgasse 2, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland. Payment is processed by Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments applies, Stripe acts as merchant of record and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing and applicable sales taxes; its terms then also apply to the payment. Prices are shown on the site and at checkout; any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
Reports are produced from the answers you gave in the self-assessment and are emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes of payment. If a report has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us and we will send it again.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Reports are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you ask us to start delivery at once and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, you lose it once delivery has begun. If a report is not delivered, or is materially defective, we will resend it or refund you in full. Email contact@artamisgroup.com within 30 days of purchase.
Licence
Each report is licensed to the purchaser for use within their own organisation. You may share it internally but not resell, publish or distribute it outside your organisation. Artamis frameworks, methods and content remain the intellectual property of Artamis Group GmbH.
Nature of the reports
Reports are based solely on the answers you provide and are general information to support your own assessment. They are not legal, regulatory, accounting, tax or investment advice, and do not replace a review of your specific circumstances.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the price paid. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you as a consumer.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zürich have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights consumers have to bring proceedings where they live.
